Immunological investigation!!!!!? - investigation of chest infection

I took a practice test question that I have a little trouble finding .. if someone can help that would be great!

Jordan is a boy of 2 years with a history of recurrent infections. At the age of 4 weeks, he developed an axillary abscess, which healed spontaneously, followed by a chest wall abscess staph that surgery and a series of flucloxacillin. At the age of 7 months he was admitted to the hospital with a large abscess staphylococci again, first in his face, then the right buttock, both were treated by surgery and systemic antibiotics for 10 days. In their 2 years of life, which has been hospitalized five times with staphylococcal abscesses. His parents and his older sister had no history of recurrent infections, but his mother had a brother in childhood, "a kind of error" died

The identification of the disease

- I think that is toxic shock syndrome, but I'm not sure ... any help would be great!
